Fiquei encantada com o trabalho dela e logo mandei uma mensagem para ela… Pensei: acho que temos que trocar muitas figurinhas… A Kinha me respondeu prontamente e por coincidência, ela estava justamente pensando, naquele dia, em chamar pessoas para escrever em seu blog…. Olha só!!! Conectadas! Adorei a estória e o convite, então, vamos lá!!! Será um prazer participar desse site lindo, colorido e cheio de energia positiva!!! Saúde para os pequenos que nos inspiram a criar um mundo melhor!!&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Até hoje não consigo entender por que   não temos Alimentação em nosso currículo escolar…  Por que não brincamos com as cores, as texturas, os sabores e aprendemos um pouco mais sobre aquilo que nos nutre. Temos educação Física, mas não temos educação Nutricional...Aprender a ler rótulos deveria ser obrigatório!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Quando me formei em Nova Iorque,  em uma escola de culinária voltada para saúde - &lt;a href="http://naturalgourmetinstitute.com" target="_blank"&gt;Natural Gourmet Institute&lt;/a&gt; - aproveitei o meu tempo para me cercar de todo o conhecimento disponível na época sobre o que eu mais amo: o alimento! Fiz alguns cursos maravilhosos: &lt;a href="http://www.integrativenutrition.com" target="_blank"&gt;Integrative Nutrition&lt;/a&gt; e no &lt;a href="http://www.foodstudies.org" target="_blank"&gt;Food Studies Institute&lt;/a&gt;, uma organização dedicada a mudar o rumo da alimentação das crianças. Eu ainda não era mãe, e agora que tenho meu lindo Vicente, tudo faz muito mais sentido… E o que eu tenho reparado é o seguinte: Todos os pais querem que seus filhos comam muito bem, sejam saudáveis, mas esquecem  que  o exemplo está dentro de casa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O modo como nossos pimpolhos estão se alimentando, ou melhor, estão sendo alimentados,  está trazendo e causando diversos problemas, e cada vez mais prematuros.  O açúcar está diretamente ligado ao DDA- distúrbio de déficit de atenção- por exemplo. E o que fazemos?   Filho se você comer tudo, vai ganhar  sobremesa… Oferecemos aos nossos filhos, o que lutamos contra,  anos depois… A balança e o vício! Quantas crianças vejo tomando mamadeiras de refrigerantes? Crianças  nem sabem o que é refrigerante, então  oferecer por quê?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Estava conversando com uma professora de uma escola AA aqui no Rio, e fiquei chocada ao saber que alguns, eu disse, alguns alunos de 8 anos, estao tomando ritalina… Que triste!!!  Os pais cada vez mais ocupados, sem tempo de cuidar de seus filhos, procuram o caminho mais simples: abrem uma garrafinha, um pacotinho e tudo bem e depois o resultado aparece, e aparentemente, um  remedinho resolve tudo. As crianças crescem, viram adolescentes problemáticos e adultos doentes.  Quando eu falo de doença, estou falando de uma vida desequilibrada, porque ter saúde, é você se permitir ficar doente de vez em quando, escutar o seu corpo  e ter forças próprias para sair do estado de enfermidade e retormar seu equilíbrio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Acho que está na hora de começarmos uma revolução! E mudar os hábitos alimentares da casa é um bom começo:  diminuir o uso de açúcar, produtos industrializados, sucos adoçados, biscoitos com conservantes e corantes, produtos refinados, refrigerantes…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Indico um excelente livro para quem quiser se aventurar nesse mundo sensacional  de descobertas  diárias: Regras da Comida.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.paramita.com.br/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/regras-da-comida-300x300.jpg"&gt;&lt;img class="alignnone size-thumbnail wp-image-527" title="regras-da-comida-300x300" src="http://www.paramita.com.br/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/regras-da-comida-300x300-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;E para as futures mamães, pensem com carinho na alimentação de seus futuros bebês. Depois do peito, introduzam  as frutinhas, os suquinhos, as papinhas de cereais integrais e retardem  ao máximo o consumo de açúcar. Não ofereçam doces, bolos, biscoitos, chocolate, refrigerantes… Lembrem-se,  essa memória gustativa é nossa, eles não conhecem esse paladar. E ter um filho, é a nossa grande chance de recomeçar!
